Bang Bang Chicken: We use boneless skinless chicken thighs and coat them in our buttermilk mixture of flour, cornstarch, egg, sriracha, hawaiian salt and pepper. We then bread them with panko and deep fry till crispy. Finally we drizzle chicken with our sweet chili sauce. Served with extra sauce on side.
