Spinach cubes! I love adding spinach to my smoothies, but hate how fast it goes bad and slimy in my fridge, so I whipped up a batch of these babies: I combined fresh baby spinach with coconut water, lime juice, and some plain yogurt, then blended it all smooth and poured into an ice cube tray. Now when I want a smoothie with greens I just pop them in with some more fruit and a little water. Yummy and economical! by mariana
