3 lbs corned beef 1/3 c dijon mustard 1/4 c brown sugar 1/2 t black pepper 1 t vinegar Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 Whisk ingredients to thick paste. Save 2 T for later. Place corned beef on foil & rub with brown sugar mixture. Place fat side up, and wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet for 2 hours. Remove roast from foil, top with brown sugar mix, and broil 2 min or so: Be sure to slice meat against the grain.
