Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken.... "This works! Put three balls of tin foil in the bottom of the crock pot to keep the chicken out of the juices and the chicken was cooked to perfection (fell off the bone when I tried to get out of the crockpot). Downside: Flavor left the chicken with the skin. Maybe try injecting the rub next time? Great flavor, just not enough of it!!!!"
