Baked Kale Chips. Hungry Girl's recipe (with high heat) is the best at getting them crunchy. Take the kale off the "spine" & dry very, very well. Lightly (if you overdue they won't get crisp) spray with olive oil, and sprinkle on salt. Cook @ 425 for 5-8mins. Check often, and stir/flip twice. They're addictive & SO much better for you than potato chips!
