No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies An easy family favorite with a healthier twist.  Ingredients:  2 cups sugar (I used the sugar substitute, Splenda) 1/2 cup skim milk 1 stick butter 4 tbs. cocoa 3 cups oats 1 tsp. vanilla  1/2 plain or chunky peanut butter (I use low fat pb)  Boil the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 1.5 minutes (start timing when mixture comes to full boil) Remove from heat.  Mix peanut butter oats and vanilla in a bowl and add the hot chocolate by JodsJeremiah2911
